Now this is how cut-off shorts should be worn! I chose two celebs to highlight: Zoe Saldana because I love how the pieces are so simple (and are probably sitting right in your closet) and Ashley Tisdale cause it’s the perfect example of how to rock your booties for summer (as mentioned previously here).
