Celebrity Redo: Jessica Alba

I usually love Jessica’s outfits, but this one just doesn’t do anything for  her.  The gray skirt paired with that purplish cardigan just makes her look washed out (particularly against her blonde hair, which is a tad too light in my opinion).  So, I swapped out the gray skirt for a vintage-looking tapestry pocket skirt and picked a cardigan with a darker shade.  What do you think of Jessica’s outfit (or hair for that matter)?

Isla Fisher looking sexy and adorable in a printed skirt, black tank, flip flops and Tory Burch satchel. Although I couldn’t find a skirt that resembled Isla’s, I did find this cute convertible skirt that’ll do the trick!  Get Isla’s look for less!

Celebrity Redo: Jessica Simpson

Who is her stylist?  How can you be so beautiful, yet rarely photographed wearing anything flattering?  This outfit is just flat out wrong for her!  Not only is it too loud, but it hides one of Jessica’s strongest features – her curves.  For the redo, I switched the tunic Jessica is wearing for a v-neck tunic with an empire waist (this will pull attention to her waist and provide a long, lean look).  Then I added a pair of much needed shorts.  The shorts need to be a little longer otherwise they will get lost under the tunic.  Lastly, the shoes and bag had to go: The ankle strapped sandals make her legs appear short and the bag, while cute, is way too overwhelming for any outfit with dominating patterns (I would have used the bag for a simple white dress or a pair of jeans and a tank).  Which do you like better: Original or Redo?  How would you have dressed her?
