I usually love Jessica’s outfits, but this one just doesn’t do anything for her. The gray skirt paired with that purplish cardigan just makes her look washed out (particularly against her blonde hair, which is a tad too light in my opinion). So, I swapped out the gray skirt for a vintage-looking tapestry pocket skirt and picked a cardigan with a darker shade. What do you think of Jessica’s outfit (or hair for that matter)?

Cut-off shorts can be really chic if worn with the right pieces, and Tori and Gisele clearly know how to do it right!
