Five Fabulous Coats for Under $100!

Cut-off shorts can be really chic if worn with the right pieces, and Tori and Gisele clearly know how to do it right! As usual, I couldn’t help fiddling with their outfits and swapped a few items around and added a few pieces so you can toggle between casual and dressy.
